Not a bad day (despite the chilly wind), thanks to all the brave souls who turned up and helped support our community orchard, the children seemed to have good time. Plant sale went well. The cakes, coffee and tea donations were great, prize wheel didn’t fare so well. A big thank you to the volunteers who helped to set up and clear away the chairs and tables. Another big thank you to those wonderful ladies who baked all the various cakes and then helped to man the cake, coffee and tea table. We should also not forget the man who kept the kettle filled and boiling to keep up with the demand!

Monies raised approx. £166.00.
