Orchard coming alive even after all the awful rain we had, but then a few daffodils became too wet and have not flowered. We had plenty of ‘Snowdrops’ and ‘Primulas’, however we could do with some more. Early blossoms with fresh leafing on fruit trees, a few flowers and daffodils growing well. There are pair of Blue-tits nesting in the box on one of the Silver Birch trees. Pond plants starting to grow well especially the ‘Crowfoot Ranunculus’. Two female Pheasants are regular visitors (only looking to be fed!). Butterflies are starting to come in, mainly ‘Brimstones’ and ‘Peacocks’.
