Good morning everyone. Just wanted to let you know the outcome from the open afternoon on Saturday. Despite not having that many people turn up we did have several new faces arrive which was lovely to see and the weather was very kind to us.

So the figures for Saturday are: £354.67 gross via cash and card.

After costs i.e card charge and sugar and beetroot for jam and chutney the nett figure is £346.54p. I think we can say we had a successful afternoon. People were very generous with donations and buying the products to the point we have now sold all our apple juice and only have 2 damson jam remaining plus 3 plum chutney, however I think Mary has said she would like 2 chutney but I haven't included these in the total.
